Alert Regarding Unauthorized Communications Pertaining to Prizes from WishfulBox:

WishfulBox unequivocally asserts that it neither solicits nor dispatches any form of communication via e-mail, WhatsApp messages, or telephone calls, seeking financial transactions from customers in exchange for prize money. The company categorically disclaims any involvement in such schemes. Should you receive an email purporting to be from WishfulBox, demanding monetary transactions for a prize scheme, we strongly advise against responding. WishfulBox does not mandate any payments to specific bank accounts or individuals. Customers are urged to exercise caution, refrain from engaging with such messages or calls, and abstain from divulging confidential information such as bank account and credit card details. WishfulBox, including its affiliated brands, shall not be held accountable for any losses incurred due to the actions of scammers. Remain vigilant!

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • No cosmetic products, consumable products, customisation or customised products and gemstone crystals displayed on the portal are eligible for refund or return.
  • To initiate a refund or return, customers must report the relevant issue within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited within 10-12 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, account details will be required for refund initiation. In the case of prepaid orders via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-12 working days.
  • Failure to receive the ordered shipment within 15 days of order placement entitles the customer to claim a refund (the paid order amount).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • WishfulBox is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. We do not facilitate cancellations for products once they have been placed. However, customers can make additions to their current order or exchange the product for an item of equivalent value until it is under pending pickup.
